1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Prayer Unlock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Prayer Unlock is a spiritual wellness app that uses Apple's Screen Time API to encourage moments of prayer before accessing selected apps. The app is designed to help you build a consistent prayer habit.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Prayer Unlock offers auto-renewing subscription plans (weekly and yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region and are determined by Apple's App Store pricing. All payments are processed by Apple; Prayer Unlock does not directly handle your payment information.

4. Free Trials

Prayer Unlock may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. During a free trial, you will have full access to premium features at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID account will be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial through your Apple ID Account Settings.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly. Prayer Unlock does not process refunds. You can request a refund from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any settings you configure within the app. You agree to use Prayer Unlock only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

7. Screen Time Permissions

Prayer Unlock requires Screen Time permissions to function. By granting these permissions, you authorize the app to temporarily restrict access to apps you have selected. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Prayer data and app selections are stored locally on your device. Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat, which processes anonymized purchase data. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Prayer Unlock, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Prayer Unlock and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer

Prayer Unlock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The app is intended as a spiritual tool and should not replace professional counseling or medical advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prayer Unlock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
